Your information is used to manage season ticket assignments within your group, communicate about game availability, and send notifications related to exchanges and ticket sales. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the service.
We use Resend to send transactional emails such as exchange requests and ticket availability notifications. These emails are essential to the service and are not marketing communications.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your group administrator. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems.
